How quickly can you turn around a quote?
We aim to respond to all quote requests in a timely manner, however, we may request a site visit before providing a final number, especially on larger projects.
Do you work directly with general contractors and designers?
Yes — the majority of our commercial work comes directly from GCs. While much of the residential work comes from designers or suppliers. We're comfortable with submittal packages, site protocols, and coordinating with other trades.
What information is needed to quote a job?
For commercial projects: drawings, spec sheets, and a rough schedule. For residential: room dimensions, material selection, and photos of the existing surface with some information about the coating on the existing surface, a site visit may be required.
Are you WSIB-covered?
Yes. We carry full WSIB coverage and commercial general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request
